HMSI has launched a new version of its popular 125cc bike CBF Stunner. The new upgraded CBF Stunner now comes equipped with Fuel Injection technology. The bike has been priced at Rs 64,630 Ex-Showroom, New Delhi.

The new CBF Stunner comes with Honda’s PGM-FI (Program Fuel Injection) technology which gives out enhanced power along with better fuel efficiency.

Stating at this occasion, Mr. Shinji Aoyama, Chief Executive Officer, HMSI said, “Last fiscal we sold about 10.7 lakh units of two-wheelers and this year we are targeting 12 per cent increase at 12.5 lakh units. And the CBF Stunner will play an important role.”

The bike will be available across Honda showroom from June 2009 onwards.

Pricing of this bike will play a very important role in achieving the said targeted growth for Honda as, around the same price range, there are more than enough motorcycles are available in the Indian two wheeler market. And when talking about the PGMFI technology, which is not new to Indian buyers as HH Glamour is also available at a better price bracket.

So lets see how this new variant improves Honda's current market status.

Next Honda CB300R for the European Markets

Hi All,

Just to remind you that we are now present at http://wheelsguru.com/

So hope to see you all there.

Here is a spy shot of the next Honda CB300R, heir to the CBX 250 Twister and future version of the European CBF 250. We’ve had a look at its enduro version, the XRE 300, and here we see the CB300R which will be produced in Brasil, having a single cylinder four-stroke engine of between 250 and 300cc.

We can expect about 26 hp and Euro 3 compliant. It’s likely that the new version will keep the CBF250 name, though we’re waiting on official reports from Honda as to European news.
